This traditional preserve uses local seasonal citrus fruit such as lemons, oranges grapefruit and pomelo. I use what is in good supply. This marmalade is very much for those in search of that traditional citrus zing. It has 25% less sugar than most marmalades.
Serving Suggestion
Spread thickly on your favourite toast, English muffins or crumpets. It makes a beautiful glaze for lemon /orange cake or muffins and is the perfect balance for the rich cream you may want to dollop on your serve!
